Payment
Payment is very simple. Just browse the site and click on items that you wish to purchase and they will drop into the shopping cart. When you have completed shopping simply go to the cart, check that the listing is correct and click the tab place order. You will be asked a few more questions that we need to satisfy the order. Payments are securely processed by Paypal, a leading online payment system.
Delivery
UK Delivery is currently free for orders within the UK. We ship to all regions of the world but only in sterling, US dollars or euros. International shipping charges are £15 to Europe and £15 to the rest of the world irrespective of the size of order.
Under normal circumstances deliveries to the UK will be made within 5 working days. In the event that goods are not in stock but are in stock at the manufacturer, delivery will normally be made within 14 days. In most cases the goods are dispatched via Royal Mail on the next working day. In the event that an item is out of stock and cannot be delivered from the manufacturer within the usual timescale, we will contact you to discuss the situation, and provide a refund if required.
Returns
Please call us to obtain a returns number. Package the goods in suitable packaging and mark the outer box clearly with your returns number. (goods will not be accepted without a returns number)
Returns
Returned items must be unworn and, where applicable, returned with any packaging and all original tags still attached to the garment. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, and we strongly advise customers use an insured delivery service. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer.
Governing Law and Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and Cherish Retail Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Cherish Retail Ltd accepts your order by e-mail or telephone confirming that it has dispatched your product.
