By placing an order with Cherish Bridal Wear and Accessories,
you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions, which
form a legally binding contract between you (the customer) and
us (Cherish Bridal Wear and Accessories).
Payment
All prices on our web site are quoted in pounds sterling.
Full payment of the item is required at the time of purchase. We
accept payment by Switch, Visa or MasterCard. Please place your
order through our online Shopping Cart facility.
Alternatively, should you prefer to pay by cheque, full
payment must be received before your order can be processed.

Price Promise
Cherish Bridal Wear and Accessories prides itself with the
knowledge that the prices shown on our website are the best web
prices including the cost of delivery. If our customers find
the exact same item at a lower price* on another UK Website** then
Cherish Bridal Wear and Accessories will refund the difference.
In order to be eligible for the Cherish Price Promise refund,
the item must have already been purchased from the Cherish
Website and we must be notified of the UK Website selling the
exact item within 14 days of purchase.
* the lower price must be the total cost of the item including
postage and packaging.
** excluding auction sites.
Credit Card Security
This site uses Total Web Solutions and Streamline card
processing.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please contact us by telephone or email to discuss. We must be
notified of possible returns within one week of you receiving
the goods. After discussing your purchase with us, it may still
be necessary to return the item to us. We may need to refund
your card or offer a replacement item. A refund will be given as
long as the item is returned in their original condition and
packaging.
All refunds will be reimbursed to the card that was charged
on purchase.
To ensure unnecessary returns, please make certain that you
have ordered the colour and appropriate size by looking at the
size charts and measuring yourself correctly. Most brides will
need minor alterations by a seamtress to ensure the perfect fit.
Bear this in mind, it is possible to alter a dress to make it
smaller but not larger. These type of returns may incur a 15%
restocking charge.
The cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of
the customer unless we have agreed in writing to reimburse the
postage.
Special orders cannot be exchanged unless deemed to be
faulty. This includes all items that have been made to order or
shoes that have been dyed to your own specification.
Delivery Charges
The price of the item is the price you pay. This means that
all UK (exc. Ireland) deliveries are included in the price. If,
however, the item needs to be delivered outside of the UK, we
will email you with a delivery quote.
Delivery Times
Some items can be despatched within a week if in stock.
Others will need to be ordered and take several weeks to be
despatched depending on the item and the manufacturer’s lead
times.
To ensure that item is delivered in time for your wedding,
please note the estimated times for each item:
Bridal Gowns approx 16 weeks
Bridesmaid dresses approx 12 weeks
Shoes/Veils/Tiaras approx 4 weeks
